MissingSubscriptionRegistration The subscription is not registered to use namespace Edit

MissingSubscriptionRegistration: The subscription is not registered to use namespace 'Microsoft.CognitiveServices'. See https://aka.ms/rps-not-found for how to register subscriptions. I get this message when I signed on to luis.ai for the first time & tried to register an authoring resource.

Solution

In Azure Portal: Subscriptions -> {my subscription} -> Resource providers -> Microsoft.CognitiveServices -> Register.

Once you do this. you can go to luis.ai and start using luis.
