Docker desktop suddenly stopped working & was throwing this "error docker desktop Logon failure the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer"

Solution

Start the Services.msc as an administrator
Restart the Windows Management Instrumentation service
or
Restart Hyper-V Host Compute Service
or
Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management (vmms)
or
restarting all of the above would fix the issue
