SharePoint list restrict with read or edit access to only those who created that item Edit

The solution is to Set Item Level Permissions on SharePoint List

Item level permission is a feature which is available in SharePoint  list, it allows you to set permission for a row in a list based on who is logged in. 

Open list Page 
	Setting Icon -> list settings -> Advanced Settings 
	Item level permission -> Read Items that where created by the user 
			     -> Create / Edit -> Create Items and edit items that where created by the user.
